Positives: Friendly staff, room nice and clean. Location great for me, stayed here for work. Negatives : got charged twice for breakfast Room outside Car park woken up at 5am from people leaving Could hear person in the room above me, didn't get much sleep.

This hotel was much more than expected as it was the first time we have used Premier Inns.. This hotel was so clean and fresh and everything was in tip top condition. The reception staff were so helpful and very polite with good sense of humour. First class stay and will not hesitate to use Premier Inns in the future.

I come from Aylesbury and used to frequently stay at this hotel and the service, food and the hygene of the Horse and Jockey are a joke, I complained to the hotel, Whitbread Head Office and the Restuant but to no avail.
