Really lovely, thoughtful staff and very pleasant rooms. The hotel is in a quiet location away from the town centre. A perfectly decent meal in the evening and a very good breakfast before I left.

I stayed for one night on a business trip. The staff were welcoming and friendly and my room was very comfortable. I had the evening meal which was reasonably priced and well cooked as was breakfast. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Booked very last minute and was easily accomodated and staff very friendly. Room was lovely with 4 poster bed, and bed was very comfy. Room was clean and had everything you would expect. Good location and only a short walk into the city centre. Breakfast ok. Would recommend and would stay there again.
Hotel advertised as family run ? Not much evidence of family. Rooms on the small side and could do with a deep clean. Breakfast was attest average. To be honest would notnstaynhere again. Over priced.
