Our daughter won a prize, Vouchers to be spent at a Hilton Hotel. So we chose Doubletree in Chester. Have to say we were disappointed. First the receptionist was not very helpful, after that there was no hot water for a bath, just warm. The plug in the bath was stuck. Had a problem with the lock to our door....
