I should say that the hotel sorted the problems straight away.
We booked to stay at a hotel chain in Chester but turned up and found the room to be no better ten a cell. Left without a refund and booked into this hotel/ I had seem it previously on a trip to Prestatyn and was keen to try it....

if you ask nicely the bar man who uses his willy to cut the ham and the field mushrooms will separate a large glass of wine into two glasses and top them up with soda/lemonade. WINNER!!!
