Wife and I stayed overnight as I was running in the Chester Half Marathon the following day. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Rooms comfortable, shower powerful and had a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was okay. Car parking next to the hotel was ideal as the race started from the racecourse next to the hotel.

This was a two night stay at the Express Inn which is on the racecourse, and if like us you get a room over looking the racecourse you will have a great veiw. Chester town as lots to do and see with good restaurants,watering holes and loads of shops. You also have Cheshire Oaks and Chester Zoo near by.
