It is hard to comment either way about this hotel. It is a pub with a nice but very busy bar downstairs. It is mainly used by young people and is quite noisy due to the amount of people in there. I dont usually write reviews but i always read them so i thought i would give a little mention to Bawn Lodge. Lovely hotel, not too far from city centre (15 mins walk at most) Breakfast was cooked lovely!! All staff were very helpful and polite and would defo reccomend this place for people to stay.

Spent weekend here with friends. its a great place to stay, very friendly, superb location, 10 minute walk to town centre, lovely breakfast. Its a nice honest place to stay and would recommend....

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel could do with a bit of decoration. Good to have a fridge, iron and ironing board in room. Room was very comfortable except for the shower, the head kept falling off the wall. We had a very enjoyable stay.
