Once again we stayed at the FBH whilst standing at the Falmouth Vintage market, we left 24 hours before the fire which gutted the hotel last Monday and had the unnerving experience of watching "our" room fall into the carpark. An excellent hotel - staff extremely friendly and helpful; housekeeping top-class - in our room and in the public areas, everything spotless; food very good, particularly the breakfasts; garden areas pleasing and well-kept. And, of course, it's in a wonderful position, overlooking Gyllingvase beach! We shall certainly be making a return visit.

Have now stayed in hotel at least 4 times and have always found it to be excellent. The staff are very pleasant, in particular the Restaurant Manager.
The food is very good and plentiful including the afternoon tea available in the lounge areas.
The hotel is clean and well cared for and the rooms are comfortable.

We stayed in the self-catering cottage owned by the hotel but maintained daily by their staff and we had access to all hotel facilities. A really nice experience and only thing the cottage lacks is a washing machine.

I stayed here for a night and that was enough for me. The hotel is in a beautiful location and has so much potential, the exterior is nice and welcoming but the bedrooms need a little tlc, they look like there stuck back in the 80's! On overal I did enjoy the evening and Falmouth itself!
