my husband and i stayed here for 4 days on a national holiday trip. our room was very nice and large, staff were great happy and friendly, food and entertainment good we would definately stay here again.
had a great stay at this hotel, staff excellent, food good,kevin the driver very good and polite pity about some of the guests who like to moan about anything.would stay again no problem well worth the money

I was sorry to hear that your room was unsatisfactory the rooms are reguiarly checked for cleanliness I can only apologise if this was missed. With regards your comments on portion sizes these usually do not have negative comments however if you had required more merely ask the restaurant staff and a larger portion could have been provided for you.

I am pleased you enjoyed your hoiliday with us, with regards the scaffolding unfortunately when essential repairs are needed we obviously need to make the repairs immediately, we did take off any rooms affected though so as not to spoil the view from the rooms.

stayed at this hotel for a long weekend had a front room with a beutiful sea view . the room was large and the sheets and towel were brilliant white , entertainment was very good , food was good and the staff were all very friendly . we went with national holidays nice friendly driver and good value for money

Stayed here on a national holidays break, will not be returning.the rooms were dismal the bathroom was filthy ripped lion on floor toilet only flushed when it felt like it and hole in bathroom door stuffed with toilet roll. The staff in bar and restaurant though are very helpful and friendly and entertainment good.
I am sorry that you were dissapointed with your visit due to your room not being to your requirements, we do regularly invest in improving facilities in rooms and try to ensure that all rooms are suitable.

Just returned from long weekend. Went with National holidays great value for what we paid. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little tired, but clean and tidy.Room basic with a small shower.
