I found it very pleasent with v nice staff and an enjoyable breakfast. The hotel/room had all we needed and the pool (although a tad cold at times) was very good. Great location. I would visit again..........................

I was happy with the room, cleanliness, decor - warm colours, I feel are more welcoming. There was a cheerful loooking seating area below for the evening that you wanted to spend in - with a fireplace, a piano, snooker and a bar. More pluses would be - a five minute walking distance from Lusty Glaze beach and perhaps 10... More

Considering how much we paid for our 3 day break I was very happy with the hotel although it was too far to walk to the main town (in heels) no problem for someone in flats as it is only 5 minutes!! The room was spotless. Endless supply of hot water, plentiful radiators and plugs - large wardrobe and lots... More

This hotel seems to be stuck in time with its decor, although room was clean, the service was very poor, which i put down to lack of staff, it was the same guy doing the reception, bar diningroom, having to wait to be served in the bar, people gave up and walked out. Another disturbing find was fire exits that... More

We are sorry you were not happy with certain items during your stay. The fire exits have a glass breakable seal and hammer to allow exit and are not therefore locked. We have just finished a full refurbishment of all rooms and are constantly updating public areas, having completed the dining and conference areas. We aim to give good customer... More

Me and girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights. Had a great time in Newquay, rooms were clean, good breakfast and overall a very pleasant experience. We've stayed in quite a few hotels in Newquay and would rate this the best so far

We stayed here for new year and I must say, the hotel was fabulous. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent entertainment, lovely location, (2 minutes from the beach) clean and tidy, they even let our dog sleep here with no quibbles. The food was delicious and plentiful; I really cannot fault the place. Highly recommend.

Perfect hotel location 5mins walk from the beautiful beaches and coastal paths for walking. Rooms were very clean, cosy and comfortable with great decor. We booked DBB and enjoyed fantastic 3 course meals each evening, and a great full English to set us up for the day. After making the most out of the lovely town relaxing in the pool,... More
