A great little B&B. A short walk from Penzance town centre. Lovely room. The owner was very helpful. Lots of choice at breakfast. Parking available on street and it felt safe to leave the car there. Good location for exploring the rest of south Cornwall. Would stay again when exploring the area.

Pleasant welcome, bright clean spacious room, breakfast consisted of a good choice of well presented, plentiful food. Good location for exploring local attractions including st. Ives, Lands End and st. Michaels Mount. Parking was not an issue, would recommend.
