Hand on heart this is one of the nicest Bed and Breakfasts that I have ever stayed in. Loved this B&B tucked away a stones throw from the Penlee Gallery in Penzance. Light, clean and airy room. Super peaceful. Excellent breakfast. An attentive and friendly owner - certainly, way, way, more than the basics at every level. Not cheap but a fair price for what you get.

I stayed here for just one night visiting a friend in the area. The B&B is centrally located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Penzance. It's beautifully decorated, with comfy beds, good size bathrooms, and good tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone!

Armeria House is located centrally, but quiet. The small, stylish hotel is very neat and tidy and makes a very pleasant impression. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. For a recent visit to the Scilly Isles, we had to stay in Penzance overnight both on the way out and return. We weren't too concerned with where we stayed - but lucky for us we found this real gem. We fully recommend the Armeria. My wife and I stayed here as we were at a wedding on Saturday night. Madeline was very accomodating and helpful on our early arrival. its a lovely victorian townhouse that has been tastefully restored and is immaculate and clean. This newer bed and breakfast in Penzance has everything going for it. Luxurious rooms like hotel suites, beautiful breakfast, friendly staff and wonderful facilities. Only a short walk from town and a short drive from St Ives and everywhere you'd want to visit. An excellent choice.

My husband and I stayed at Armeria House for one night after reading the reviews on tripadvisor from other guests and we were not disappointed. Excellent host, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated rooms, lovely comfy beds and very good breakfast choices. We would certainly recommend anyone to stay here.
