this hotel was located right in the heart of st ives with only a short walk (down hill mind) to the harbour - which was ideal for just wandering down in the day for the beach, coming back to the hotel for a shower and then heading back down in the evening. When we arrived we were late due to a crash on motorway, when Clive the owner come on board the coach he was rude, in fact throughout the holiday he was miserable.
