We were received by a friendly and warm welcome. Provided with tickets for the Tate St Ives, Breakfast was super.. The room clean and comfortable... We are going back soon and looking forward to our visit.

We (couple, 42, no kids, no pets, well traveled) stayed at this Inn and had to force ourselves to leave. This Inn is gorgeous all over, extremely well appointed, with views you absolutely won't believe. We found this place purely by chance whilst searching for somewhere to stay for our first trip to St Ives. All of the reviews are so well deserved and we cannot add to what's already been said. Excellent place to stay and don't think it could be bettered! Stay in suite 1 if you can - the view is lovely.

We had a short stay in St Ives en route to the Isles of Scilly but didnt want to leave after staying at this gem. Just returned from our second visit to 11 Sea View Terrace....this time we stayed for 5 nights in Room 1 which has the fantastic view of St Ives, plus is spacious and comfortable. Stayed here for 3 nights the end of March in glorious weather, excellent decor beautifully maintained , spotlessly clean with parking.
