Wow what a wonderful place . It was the sort of place that you leave feeling absolutely fully refreshed . The most comfy bed , a ferocious ( in the nicest possible way ) shower and a wonderful breakfast . Such a pleasure not to be asked what you want for breakfast as soon as you walk in through the... If you are looking for a great B&B in north Devon, look no further. We needed a stop over on the way to Lundy Island. Luckily our first choice cancelled on us and we found Pillowery Park B&B instead. We couldn't fault a thing. Our room was incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed to the last detail, and Sylvia and... More

Chris and Sylvia were very welcoming and helpful. The room was cosy and had everything we needed. The hosts gave us good local information. Everything was great.....but....despite having submitted a written request a month before our arrival ("We are strict vegetarians, no meat, fish or eggs. Please arrange suitable breakfasts") and despite checking it the night before with Chris, we... More

We had two nights in Pillowery Park while walking part of the SW Coastal path, £70 per ensuite room is the average price and I paid more in other places for a room of lower standard. The owner corresponded by email in advance offering helpful information about the walking route. The house is immaculate, breakfast was special with homemade bread... More

We thank you for your comments and are sorry that you were not happy with the breakfast, we should have taken more note of your vegetarian requirements and suggested that we could not supply them. We only have 3 rooms and have in the past kept vegetarian produce for months and had to throw it away, which does not go... More

We stayed for 2 nights and to be perfectly honest cannot fault anything. The rooms were clean, very comfortable beds and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was clean and sumptuous with a superb shower. Chris and Sylvia were everything you could ask for in the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very obliging to help. Breakfast was... More

The B&B is 15 minutes' walk from the South West Coast Path and the owner's directions and clear and accurate. The room, the breakfast and owners' hospitality were all excellent - we were even given a lift down to Clovelly to have dinner in the evening! Genuinely first class service - We would happily return.

A very lovely home with excellent accommodations. Chris & Sylvia were very nice and extremely helpful. They directed us to a wonderful pub along the beautiful coast at Hartland Quay. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. It's not within walking distance to Clovelly, but we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely couple run this well designed and functional B and B. Comfortable accommodation, great food (flexible menu for breakfast virtually all home made) They have an assortment of games to play when you are bored and this includes the piano if you can play. Colour television with freeview box so a good assortment of channels to chose from. Excellent value... More

We booked the double en-suite room at Pillowery as our last night's accommodation during our touring holiday to Cornwall and Devon. The B&B is in a very quiet lane and overlooks farmland. The double en-suite room is lovely. It has a very comfortable bed set in a well-proportioned room with coffee and tea-making facilities. The en-site is large and very... More

Although we offer a communal dining table, which 99% of our guests really enjoy as part of their home b&b experience, we can of course arrange for people to eat separately if requested. More
