Called in late in the afternoon. We were greeted with a very warm welcome .Good varied menu whether you wanted a meal or just a light bite. Excellent coffee and the best fruit scone I have tasted (believe me I have tasted a few) .treacle tart was also delicious.

The Book Club Ladies' weekend away in Dartmouth was made all the more special by staying at the Bayards Cove Inn. Great location, beautiful rooms (see took over most of the place!) and extremely welcoming staff. It is quite pricey but you get what you pay for. Wish we could have stayed longer - we will be back again.
