An elegant welcoming hotel in a great location within the centre of Exeter. A great bar and lovely food - including great veggie option. I personally really like the Wilberforce Room; it's small as you note but we hit upon a great design to maximise the facilities - it also has one of the best views in the Hotel from the window, over the leafy Georgian square.
