Convenient location, comfortable, spacious, good service and quality lunchtime food. .
Firstly, don't let it's appearance put you off. The Carriages restaurant has a more traditional style to it, whislt the hotel and rooms look a little more modern almost Chalet style.
The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Check in was swift, painless and efficient. A short walk to my room and hey presto. Bathroom was small but had all...

Booked lunch for 19 on the 19th March for my birthday party and could not fault it! The food was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly helpful staff. We all had a great time at a very reasonable price.
We then stayed the night in a comfortable room and enjoyed the self serve breakfast.

Great hotel. Stayed during a work week night so it was quite quiet. Alot of Wedding material and I believe it is a popular Wedding venue. Clean rooms, good room service and good food.

Choice of 5 desserts included in the £12.50 evening carvery + dessert offer. On our previous visit we mentioned how poor the Fruit Salad was as it was full of apple and little else. Decided to...

The cooked breakfast was fair but not much choice other than that. The dinner was very few choices, 2 of the desserts were cheese and...

Very good service. Food excellent and bedroom very clean. Thoroughly recommend.
This break was a last-minute decision to get away for a few days so did have problems finding somewhere. The package offered by the hotel did not seem to be offered anywhere other than on their own website. 3 nights dinner, bed and breakfast in a king room for £240. The room was adequate but not overly large with a...
