My husband and myself booked in to the Silversprings apartment whilst on a visit to my daughter who is at the University. After a couple of nights with my daughter in student accommodation, what a luxury to open the door of the ground floor apartment of No. 14. Marcus was very helpful and welcoming and it was a blissful stay.... More

My family (myself, my husband and our 2 year old) stayed in Apartment 2 - Silversprings for a week recently accompanying my husband on a business trip to Exeter. We have stayed in other accomodation in Exeter but found Silversprings the best for a self-catering apartment, I would highly recommend it. The booking was straightforward and Juliet, who handled both... More

The appartment has a good location: within walking distance of the University and the city center. In an area which felt safe (also for females on their own like me). There is a supermarket around the corner which is open untill late which is very handy. Upon arrival I was met by Marcus whom I could phone with any kind... More

We stayed for three nights. Very comfortable and quiet, good location. Marcus who met us was very flexible and accommodating. All-round good place to stay.

We stayed 2 nights in Apartment 2 at Silversprings. Juliet could not have been more friendly or helpful. The hotel is currently being renovated but this did not affect our stay in the apartment at all. For £10 more a night than a basic room the Premier Inn we got an great location (5-10mins walk from the cathedral), tonnes of... More

We have stayed a few times at this Hotel...and I must say it gets better each time! The greeting is always more that welcoming, the room is always spotless, and the complimentary wine most acceptable. But...the best part is yet to come...The Breakfast! Beautifully presented...wonderful friendly service...great selection of cereals, juices and pastries...wonderful plate of home and local made marmalades... More

Four weeks in UK – best accommodation on whole trip. Located in a nice area about 10 minutes walk from the main street in the city and even less from the Exeter Central station. Very welcoming and hospitable staff – offered us tea or coffee even when we were just dropping off cases and arrived unnanounced. Room elegantly decorated with... More

Stayed one night after late booking end of October. Conveniently situated but difficult to find. Pleasant and very clean comfortable room. Good value and excellent breakfast with most helpful staff. Limited parking. Peter Skinner

Stayed here for one night midweek in October. Chose the hotel due to its number one status for Exeter as defined on Tripadvisor. When booked chose the deluxe room for £95 as was travelling with my wife. On arrival had to park under trees and next to works vans. Insufficient spaces for the number of rooms. Bit disappointed with the... More
