We travelled to Lynmouth, booked last minute at this hotel, had a sea view room which was spotlessly clean, excellent food, helpful friendly staff, best hotel breakfast ever, so much choice, ok hotel was a bit quaint, but we would certainly have no hesitation staying here if ever in the area again.

Fantastic location right by the harbour. The hotel is a little threadbare throughout with dated (and not in a good way) fixtures and fittings.
