Lynton, Norh Devon is a magical place set between moor and sea and this hotel is also a bit of magic. Wonderfully situated and Ken and Caroline are perfect hosts - nothing is too much trouble and their local knowledge is amazing. Top quality food, comfy rooms all beautifully presented - wish all hotels gave this personal high quality service.

What a wonderful B&B Lee House is. Caroline and Ken are very welcoming, and knowledgable about the local area and had some great suggestions for walks nearby. We have returned again to this fabulous B&B. Caroline and Ken are wonderful hosts, rooms clean and well presented. Ken's fruit salad is made fresh every day while Caroline slaves over the cooker producing fine breakfasts with local produce.
