Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, room clean and comfortable. Will return. Only downside is lack of parking.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, room clean and comfortable. Will return. Only downside is lack of parking.
The room was just fine, the location is close to the waterfront and not too far from city centre. The staff were very courteous, and the breakfast was good. No problems to report, will definitely stay here again.
Stayed here with my girlfriend for one night during a vacation in England. The hotel was very nice, clean and with a very friendly receptionist. The location is very convenient just a few minutes walk from the sea and several more minutes to the Barbican. The breakfast was very good. For this value, I'm not surprised that this hotel is...

My wife & I stayed at the Grosvenor hotel for one night , the room was very spacious and the bed was a good size and very comfortable. The reception staff were very polite and friendly and the breakfast was adequate. We would certainly stay here again.
We were in Plymouth for one night only and chose this hotel for its' proximity to the Hoe and of course the reviews on Trip Advisor.
We were booked in by a very personable young man, who gave us all the information we needed. He was also able to make reccomendations for dinner, one of which was the Thai restaurant...

We enjoyed a Friday night at your hotel. The service was exceptional and we were greeted by a very pleasant young man on reception. The room was beautifully decorated and the bedding was lovely soft pillows and duvets. The only negative was the room was very hot.
We had a delicious breakfast and once again service with a smile.

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to write a review and please accept my sincere apologies for us clearly not meeting your expectations during your visit.
Being highly rated on review sites such as Tripadvisor is very flattering for us, especially as a small family run business that has only been at the Grosvenor for 3 and a half years....

I recently stayed here with a friend visiting from the USA. The welcome was warm, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless with modern decor and every comfort. The lack of parking was not an issue as I was able to park in a neighbouring road and,as it is a quiet, residential area, the car was quite safe....

In a street full of B&B's this is a place that can easily be overlooked but I'd urge you not to.
From the welcome to exit this is an excellent hotel. I booked a superior double and it was very well equiped. The bathroom may have been a bit small but overall the room itself was spacious, the bed comfortable...
