A quintessentially British b&b with all the old charm but updated decor. Ran by husband and wife who had lots of time for our family. Nice clean breakfast and for a good price. Make sure you ask for a room downstairs if you have trouble with stairs.

The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spotless. The breakfast is superb with a non-meat option. An added bonus is off-street parking. It was a really relaxing stay and we will be happy to return.

This was my second experience staying at a B & B in this area and it could not have been more different than my first. The room was exceptionally clean, the hosts very warm and helpful, and the breakfast was well beyond my expectations. The Caledonia House will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Plymouth.
