take no notice of the bad review, no complaints whatsoever, friendly reception, large clean room, very comfy large beds, ate next door at the Lockyers pub, very good meal. All round excellent. Will be back!

Very good budget hotel. Clean, modern, friendly staff. Only had breakfast which was very substantial. Very good rate as booked about a month in advance.

Stayed three nights at full rate. First impressions were good, until the evening when the noise started. Starting outside the noise of the traffic was horrendous, drunk people outside and also outside our door up and down the corridor. Wonderful location overlooking the harbour. Within easy walking distance of everything, including some great restaurants. Super breakfast.

Stayed two nights, the staff where very friendly and helpfull, location of hotel is excellent within easy walking distance to bars, and Plymouth centre. Breakfest is very good value, as much as you can eat.

Stayed just one night with my wife and daughter and had a really good experience. The staff were really friendly and happy which makes the stay so much more enjoyable for everyone especially when compared to some of the long faces I've seen in other hotels. excellent stay over easter staff great, survice off food at dinner and breakfast even though it was very busy was great.we have stayed before here and we will be back.

I stayed at this inn for the easter weekend,The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. We ate at the inn the first night the food and staff were brilliant.
