Sign says 20 pound per night woman at door said there are no rooms for this price in the building and 25 is cheapest. Hair all over bed sink and draws. “Great value for money”

The pines was all it says £20 a night for a good B and B it was spacious and clean. Owners were friendly and welcoming and breakfast was great. Room we had was on ground floor with a huge bed loads of space and bathroom. We will definitely be back
