Amazing place to stay really clean and we were made to feel so welcome. The owners went out of there way to make sure our 15 month son had everything he needed. The breakfast was delicious and filled you for the whole day. We will be back again

very warm welcome on arrival, only stayed for one night, but would recommend this guest house, the room was spotlessly clean, and the food was lovely, will certainly recommend exton house to friends and family , and will be staying there again next time we go to torquay..

Warm welcome from John and Julie providing tea and orange and a helping hand with luggage on arrival. We had a lovely clean, bright and spacious family room which was always aired and kept at the right temperature. Delicious filling breakfasts too, with plenty of choice. And parking the car was never a problem. Would certainly recommend.

What a wonderful find! We were spending a few days in Devon & Cornwall and found John & Julie's place due to our need of a family room; Perfect! Julie and John made us feel welcome with tea on arrival and lots of advice about the local area and where to eat. They completely rearranged the room for us so they could fit a travel cot in and provided us with a baby bath for our little one. The room was clean and the breakfast was lovely also.
