Paul & Julia made our visit to Torquay a high point of our trip to England. They are the friendliest, most helpful couple of any place we have ever stayed. They gave directions and information about the town as well as providing a full menu breakfast. Fred D.

Really don't want to recommend this guest house for fear of it being full next time I wish to use it. My only regret is we weren't staying longer the hotel was immaculate, atmosphere warm and very friendly the rooms were clean comfortable, and catered for our every need. We booked this room last minute and it was great. We received a warm and friendly welcome with drinks, biscuits and cake on arrival! Although compact, the room was clean and well presented. We enjoyed our brief stay very much, we were welcolmed with tea and cakes, the room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was superb, in all a very nice stay for a reasonable price ....we will definitely try to visit again.
