Upon arriving at the Malvern hotel my partner and i were greated by the owner Charmaine who seemed very put out at the time of our arrival as in her words had had a late night previously. We arrived at 18.30 btw. parking was described as on site unfortunatly if your car was bigger than a mini then you ran... More

I enjoyed meeting Charmane and Rodney and their 2 cats and was well looked after.

Due to stay at this hotel, they cancelled our booking, did not tell us!! Terrible vile attitude of the manager, absolutly disgusting behaviour towards me. Ruined hen night do not stay here unless you like agressive management!!!!!!!! I have never been so outraged by someone!! WARNING DO NOT STAY!!!!
