Stayed here in april for my hen weekend and had a fantastic time. Close to all bars and clubs. Owners nice and friendly and rooms really clean. Bar was always open no matter what time we crawled in at night (MORNING), Would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed as a large group in two big rooms, both very spacious, clean with en suites! Staff very friendly and great breakfast in the morning, will definitely come back!

Stay for just one night but could have been longer, nice little hotel. The staff were freendly the breakfast was good & the room was good value, very nice shower room. The location is great for the town or the ICC, give it a try.

The website is deceiving for this guest house. The ouside decking area is new but everything else is old, stained, worn and tatty. The room we had was big, but that was the only good point.
