Attended a wedding here and although the hotel is looking very tired the staff really excelled themselves with their attentiveness. The food was run of the mill but the room decoration for the wedding was first class.

To start with the positives: Comfy bed, large room & good breakfast. Negatives: Shower didn't work (well water did trickle out). Filthy bath. Noisy at night Very hot, no air-con. Wallpaper was coming away from walls. Bathroom tiles were peeling away. TV the size of a watch & very few channels. One of the worst places that I have stayed!!!
This Hotel was beautiful. We booked last minute and got a great price. The room was lovely, big, clean and just generally amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and it had a big range of food to choose from. Would defo stay again and recommend to anybody!! Thank you.
Stayed here with a mate of mine for a gig in Bournemouth. I've always been qute content with the Traveldge experience but the reviews for the Bournemouth one had some poor shouts so I thought i'd look elsewhere. Booked this place with a double room B&B.
Firstly the room was decorated circa 1990 and needs updating. There was no directory...

On reading the reviews for this hotel we found them to differ greatly from people hating it and others having a good stay. After staying over a weekend as part of a group it is clear it is down to which room you stay in. If you are lucky to have a good room which tends to be at the...

They even provided a really good packed lunch on the days we went...

Hotel looked very grand and reception excellent, staff helpful and welcoming. Food ok but dining staff not cooperative as most didn't speak english and with older, vulnerable people in our group, quite confusing. BUT most importantly the rooms seemed to be grubby and the bathroom and especially the bedroom floor was dirty. Outside the window was rooftops (no probs) but...

The one positive is that this hotel is in a great location.
Also breakfast was OK and the staff in the dining room were lovely, especially to some of the older guests there.
On the negative side our room was quite dim, probably due to the frosted windows, the television didn't work and the floor needed a good hoover. Great...

My family just returned from a overnight stay at the Heathlands. Upon arriving were told that there was a £3.00 parking charge although on their website it said complimentary parking. We went to our room which was large but poorly laid out. A large bed for the adults, one single bed pushed up against a connecting door and the other...
