I have just read the Review from others and must ask is there another Manchester Hotel in Bournemouth as the one we keep returning to each year for Christmas shopping? We have always found the Rooms to be clean, the food good, and the service of the Kitchen to Management Staff., cannot be faulted. We have no such complaints!

Dusty room, dirty bath, not enough tea and coffee. When I asked for additional milk you would have thought that I was asking for all the money out of the till. Very noisy with students running up and down the corridors shouting and screaming. Breakfast was barely satisfactory with the tiny sausage offered being undercooked.
