Firstly I appreciate that is only a 3* hotel, so expectations are not great. Staff were excellent ( save breakfast chef seemed a little grumpy )
Room and breakfast was fine ( though bathroom fan was very noisey ) managed to get wifi in first floor room which was a bonus
Our only complaint was that we could not view...

Stayed last week of April, our second time and our friends third! Upgraded room on the ground floor which was very good, confortable and quiet. Staff truly excellent, food excellent, afternoon tea very enjoyable. Dining room has been redecorated and looks great. Brilliant location.
Only negative, same four tracks of Michael Buble played non-stop all week, even a true fan...

Stayed for a stag weekend. Not many hotels will accept single sex groups but Hotel Piccadilly did. We are all probably a bit too old to cause any problems for them but they wouldn't have known that when we booked.
The prices were very reasonable. The staff were brilliant. The building is showing its age but the beds were fantastic...

The hotel is currently being refurbished, to it's credit. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The smallness of the hotel gives it a relaxed but professional feel. The food was good. Sunday lunch was included in our package and we were sorry to have to miss it. The only slight negative is that...

We attended a dinner dance with a party of friends from our local sequence dance club and had a lovely evening. The meal was a superb four course with a selection of three choices for every course and plenty to eat. The staff were very friendly and very efficient in the service provided. the dance itself was nonstop with dancing to...

We stayed for 2 nights in December for a dance event. Room was comfortable, but a bit dated. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Towels very thin, small and scratchy. All food was very good especially the breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Our problem was lack of hot water in the bathroom. We had luke warm showers and baths. The staff apologised...

Large room with small seating corner by the window and tea/coffee making facilities. Would like bigger windows. Roomy bathtub. Clean and well serviced daily. A good British breakfast. Ten minute walk uphill from the beach. The hotel caters to ballroom dance enthusiasts, so expect some evening music on some nights, not too loud though and stops before midnight. Friendly staff.
Me and a party of friends stayed at this lovely hotel in Bournemouth and I must say it has exceeded my expectations and very plesantly suprised me. Excellent location 5 minute walk to town, beach and gardens.
Great bar/lounge very unique decor very plesant with great lunch menu, also must recoomend their afternoon cream tea.
AMAZING food can not fault...

Welcome non existent. Reception staff could do with some basic training in how to "meet and greet" & generally deal with guests. Unless in a superior room, bedroom furniture tired and old, showers are run from the bath taps... getting right temp a bit hit or miss.
Restaurant food very good, however, open kitchen can result in guests being able to over...
