Do not stay in this dump. I was fooled by the ok website where the hotel goes under the name "West Beach Hotel"; only when we turned up did we see that it was the "Sprachcaffe" and that it was an expensive youth hostel type place. I had no idea of this place's reputation and wouldnt have bothered. Forced to... More

I made the mistake of staying in these seedy though not inexpensive lodgings in spite of the adverse reviews.The only thing one can commend is the view;the service was nonexistent,the staff amateurish,and the room phone and television did'nt work.A never to be repeated experience!

The toilet leaked. The shower leaked. There was a connecting door to the other room that we could not lock.
