I don't know where people stayed to give this hotel a good remark. All I can say is it needs to be given a makeover fast, starting with the dangerous stair carpet.

Stayed here recently for a hen party. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating to us. The rooms were clean. Not all rooms were en suite and in some of the rooms that were, the toilet is not actually in a separate room (however there is a partition wall, just no door).
