Just left the hotel after two nights wonderful stay. Tony was there to meet us there and show around. Stunning location, appearance and hospitality. Can not fault this great hotel tony even arranged parking for us which is mega difficult in Brighton city centre. Will def book again. Thanks again tony D.Murphy

We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend, and had a comfortable, clean, bright room and a lovely breakfast each morning to set us up for Brightons treats. Owner Tony was charming and made us feel super welcome. We will be returning to this great B&B in its brilliant location. Home from home.
