We booked this after reading the reviews and we were not disappointed. Chris and Terry were very welcoming and always helpful, the food was excellent and the level of cleanliness first rate. We would definately look for a vacancy here first before booking anywhere else next time we visit Brighton.

We booked late and had a lovely room at the top of the house. Were made to feel very welcome and would definitely go back again. The breakfast was excellent and the guys were happy for us to come and go as we please (and even allowed us to check in early which was great). A lovely stay.

Lovely place to stay very friendly and helpful, got up early to feed us all before the run, will book again if running next year.

Room was lovely, great location. Chris and Terry were great very helpful. Breakfast was great no shortage of food :) we really enjoyed our stay and would go back for sure!
