We stayed here a couple of nights in room 6. Great room with sea views, sofa and small kitchen area. OK some might say the decor is a little tired, but really quite stylish and super comfortable bed. Staff were very good, breakfasts fantastic. Can't recommend enough...

Perfect overnight stay. such a lovely place, staff friendly, room beautiful and clean, complimentary breakfast was more than I expected. The location was in Kemp town which is a short walk from the centre with lots of little resturant nearby. Would definitely recommend. Me and partner will return in the summer.

Been to Brighton on many occasions and stayed in much worse places for very similar price...the room was good size,clean,comfy bed,hot shower...everything you need...continental breakfast included in price,didnt try it as i preferred to stay longer in bed,so i cant comment on that...great location,plenty of shops,pubs around,5mins to sea..friendly staff..would recommend.
