Just returned from a lovely stay at Black Rock House - from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by Tracey-Ann, the room was excellent, the shower was amazing, and as for the breakfast what can we say!!!!

we experienced was checking out. Reluctantly. Unexpected luxury for the location and a benchmark to other overly liberal users of the preface 'boutique'. Great breakfast, attention to detail and decor and the warmth wasn't just provided by the log fire, sadly needed over Easter. Excellent.

What a truly amazing place! We have stayed here a couple of times and we will definetly be coming back! The rooms are amazing, the owners and staff are welcoming and the breakfast is amazing!!

What a great find, we loved this hotel. Tracey-ann and Lesley made us feel so welcome and when we are next in the area we will definitely be staying here again. Nothing more to add to all the previous excellent reviews. A five plus star stay from start to finish, with a great personal touch. Wonderful warm welcome, gorgeous property, fantastic room, amazing breakfast. Cannot find anything negative whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Spent 3 days at this excellent b and b last week. The best we've stayed in?....probably. Impossible to fault from superb breakfasts to excellent rooms. We thoroughly recommend.
