My husband and I spent just the one night in the new Sandpiper Room for our wedding anniversary. It is a beautiful room with amazing views over Rye Bay and Romney Marsh. The quality of the furnishings is top rate and everything was perfect. The towels were so soft and fluffy, best I have ever had in a hotel/b&b. The... More

Thanks to the reviews here we selected Hayden's and stayed in the red room. The tea and cake on arrival was appreciated. The room was as good as it looked in the photos. The service and little touches made the stay special. Have recommended to family and friends.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the Indigo room. It was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful very modern bathroom. The bath was huge :-). The views from the window were lovely too, across to the sea. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast were excellent using very best of ingredients. Good bacon, sausages all well presented. Excellent omelettes... More

Located in the heart of old Rye this gem of a b&b can't fail to disappoint. Free tea and cake on arrival, lovely fresh clean comfortable rooms with all the mod cons and lovely details down to ground coffee and a cafetiere in the room rater than instant coffee. Very impressed! I stayed in a Kingfisher room for 1 night... More

Unfortunately, I was only here for one night. The "Kingfisher" room was great. I didn't mind being on the High Street as there was no noise at night. Rye seemed to die down after 6 p.m. so it made no difference with traffic. It's a big room and the window seat was a nice place to sit. The bed was... More

Spent two nights over Easter at this very charming B & B located on the very picturesque High Street in Rye. Hayden's is a family run B & B with a cafe/bistro on the ground floor that opens at 10.00am to the public. Our stay was in the "Red Room" a lovely appointed double with en-suite bathroom which is designed... More

We would highly recommend this b&b especially if you have a gluten intolerance!! They went out of their way to make sure I had a lovely breakfast & the homemade cake was scrummy!! We stayed in the chocolate room & it was fantastic. Large comfy bed, sitting area & a lovely bathroom - very relaxing even with a 9 month... More

Stayed at Haydens as we were attending a wedding down the road. We were in the Kingfisher room and couldn't fault it. Our stay included an amazing shower, a fantastic cooked breakfast, a complimentary tea and piece of cake in the coffee shop and a whole host of little touches in the room like a bar of organic chocolate and... Another lovely stay at Hayden's in Rye. This time my partner and I had the pleasure of staying in the Silver room. The little touches really make such a difference here. Fresh milk for example - I can't understand why so few places do this, it's such a relief not to have to fiddle about with those stupid little pots.... More
