This B&B is exceptionally good value and offers more than we've come to expect in this price range. The hosts are very friendly and have paid attention to luxurious little details like high threadcount sheets, additional cable TV channels, a decent hairdryer, a sumptuous and non greasy breakfast of your choice and the best shower we've had in England!

A good value B&B in Rye. Rooms are clean and the bed comfortable although our ensuite was on the small side. Great shower though. Owners very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. The house is accessed up a steep slope but we managed it OK. (in our 60's). Great value!

A very lovely B&B, room had everything you need. We stayed in the Poppy Room. Tea and Coffee in the room. Bathroom across the corridor but only for our use. We stayed here with our 20 month old son and the family were fantastic with him. Really nice atmosphere, breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh fruit, great value for money.
