We chose this hotel on the basis of the very positive TA ratings and reports we read - 197 excellents or very goods out of 211. Great mix of old world charm and modern comforts. Food was really good, and the chef's specials each evening were our favourites. Always a fresh fish dish each evening. Staff were very attentive. We had a great stay.

we booked after reviews on trip advisor and where not dissapointed we stayed 2 nights on a 99 pound a night deal breakfast and eveing meal included excellent food and service would recommend and return in the future.

Just returned from a weekend in Apartment B. £99.00 per night including dinner. This Hotel is a gem. The staff are so welcoming, the suite clean light and spacious and the food outstanding. Simply fantastic.

Lovely hotel, nice clean and wonderfully warm rooms. We stayed in the Channel Room which was very comfortable and had a nice clean bathroom with a lovely hot shower!
