Quite definately one of the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, breakfast first class and nice people to boot and plus a lovely dog.

Stayed here twice and will stay here again. Meticulously clean and cosy bedrooms, good breakfast and very helpful proprietors. Location is nice and quiet with just a short walk into town.

Very friendly establishment, Barbara and Dennis always make you feel welcome. Good location for Rye and train station. Accommodation is very comfortable and the cooked breakfast is second to none!

We can't recommend this place highly enough. Denys and Barbara are the perfect hosts; friendly, helpful and efficient. Delicious breakfasts and I even received a birthday card during our stay!

Barbara and Denys are very helpful and accommodating. Ensuite room was spotless, Freeview TV and DVD player in the room, and water always hot. Wide choice for breakfast and the place is only 10 mins walk from the centre of Rye and some good restau's.

We enjoyed our two days in Rye. This is an excellent place from which to explore Rye and the surrounding area. You will be well looked after by Denys and Barbara. The rooms are comfortable and kept clean. Breakfast in plentiful and freshly cooked. Good value for money.
