Lovely hotel, rooms spacious and clean with modern bathroom, and very nicely furnished and decorated, breakfast very good, location perfect for exploring Bourton on the water, everything in walking distance, free parking, afternoon tea nice.

Small, but nicely renovated and really well-located in Bourton-on-the-Water. Nicely done and really good value B&B with NO charge for the dogs. They have their own restaurant a 50 yard walk away which is pretty good, though the food can be overspiced (sage/rosemary type spice rather than curry type). We liked it so much we stayed another night!

This was our second time staying here and I love this hotel! The staff are really friendly, car parking is on site an the rooms are clean and wonderfully decorated.
