Lovely room up in the eaves with super view across the village. Shame there was no jacuzzi bath up there but the room made up for that. It was spacious with attractive decor. We had the taster menu in the evening and it was really enjoyable. Everything served was a "work of art" and was almost too attractive to eat.... More

We stayed for one night with the offer from Travelzoo that included an upgraded room, breakfast and the eight course taster menu. Our room in the coach house was a little small with no view but that is really the only negative thing about our stay. We were charmed with the hotel and garden and it is right in the... More

We booked the Dial House on a last minute Travel Zoo deal and found it to be excellent value all around. The room was huge with a contemporary bathroom to contrast the historic feel of the bedroom. The room would have beneffited from and iron and board but that's a minor issue. However the cloth canopy on the four poster... More

We had another lovely one night stay in a classic room at the Dial House on 23/4/12. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Just what the doctor ordered for a calm Saturday after a manic week. We love Bouton anyway, but the Hotel is a little gem in a mad world. Food in the hotel is good and the service a little... More

First impression was very good and we were certainly impressed by the fantastic location and the pretty stone building built in 1698. The room number 5 (classic room for £185 the night on Friday 6th of April) was small but felt cosy and gave view to the beautiful garden. Although one of the heater was on, we still felt a... More

Spent a marvellous two nights here. Food sumptuous, service absolutely outstanding, they couldn't do enough to make sure everything went smoothly. The location is perfect from which to explore. Go!

Just returned from 2 night stay and can only say the hotel is top drawer. It's in a perfect position and the staff are really helpful and professional. Breakfast hits the spot and served to your table. I would like to thank Susie on reception who was very polite made my wife and myself very welcome. We were going to... More

Lovely location, right in the heart of bourton on the water and a lovely hotel but its very british - lots of carpet and very expensive! We had a garden suite and got it for £160 a night which we were told was reduced from £250 - we thought £160 was top end and quite OTT for what you get.... More
