Didn't get to visit hotel, booked a break away with Groupon. Checkout opening kept slipping back and back due to a technical issue. Eventually when checkout opened it said we'd be getting a callback which was needed anyway as we wanted to book extra days. first stay at HIE - pleasantly surprised, very clean rooms, free breakfast, and good location. Nice bar area, it was quite chilly in the bar though, if you can get this hotel for good price, would recommend

This is a rather no frills hotel. Spotlessly clean! Internet service was a bit steep at 15£ per day. Nice free breakfast. Friendly, efficient staff.
