Stayed at this hotel when recently on a garden tour of the COTSWOLDS. I can thoroughly recommend it. Wonderful hospitality, beautiful, comfortable rooms , really good breakfasts and a lovely garden where you can sit and relax.

This is my second stay at this hotel. First in 2011 and now 2012. Close enough to the centre of Cheltenham, with parking, and yet not too close, so that you can enjoy a quiet night's sleep too. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and polite. The hotel is squeaky clean, tastefully decorated, and provides all expected amenities. In the... More

Stayed in this hotel some 8 years ago with previous propietor so knew it was in a good location to walk into shopping area and local to a range of eating places. What a nice suprise to find the present proprietors have upgraded the rooms to an excellent standard, the service was first rate and the full breakfast will defeat... More

Had a great stay at this lovely hotel in the Montpelier area, Arrived quite early so easy to park, The service was very good and first impressions were very good as the welcome was very friendly and efficient. A lovely place to stay We decided at the last second on the Sat of the bank holiday weekend to go away. Having found the Wyastone hotel on line, we contacted them and confirmed a room for 2 nights and set off. We arrived at the hotel about 3 hours later and were greeted by a very nice young lady... One only has an illusion of what to expect when booking on line...my illusion was full filled beyond expectation by all who attended to me. Thank you, especially to Emma and the lady who got me my supper...thank you both for making my stay pleasurable and comfortable whilst I... More

This hotel was excellent, I cannot say anything bad about it, from walking through the doors upon arrival we were greeted warmly and the lady even offered to help with our luggage, which we declined as we didn't need the help, but I thought this was very kind. Our room was lovely, we booked a superior double room and did... More

We arrived at the hotel an hour before check in time so went in to ask if we could park the car whilst we went off for lunch--the very helpful receptionist said that our room was ready and we could check in if we would like--a good start! She (apologies for not knowing her name) offered help with our bags... More
