Nice room but there was a carpet which was difficult to clean and in the bathroom was also carpet . The room was pretty and the owners were really nice. The food was freashly cooked and very delicate. We would definitly go back there.

Its a nice house converted into a hotel. Located within the walking distance to the sea, this hotel is family run and there is a lot of personal care. We booked this guesthouse for an overnight stay for a wedding. We found the owners extremely helpfull and friendly. Our room was great value as had been recently redecorated and had a few nice touches such as the toiletries and memory foam pillows/ mattress. The guesthouse was clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent.

We only stayed one night in Portsmouth to do some sightseeing, mainly at the Historic Dockyards.
