Rooms modern, very clean and quirky. Comfortable bed although little small but we like alot of room!! Everything you need in a room, nice shower however the saniflow is quite loud. I stayed there last night and it was worthwhile. It is near the central railway station but still quite a walk from the town. The service is very good and the owner gave me a warm welcome. The room is clean and cosy. All the things are wonderful. Strongly recommended!

I travelled by my self, my room was sufficiently big for on person with a functional bathroom and shower. The room was clean and met the standards I was looking for. Staff is very friendly and helpfull , which always makes a stay nicer. Breakfast was very nice and freshly cooked upon request. Thumbs up

I booked very last minute for a one night stay in southampton and did not expect much for such a reasonable amount! I was very pleasantly surprised by the welcoming, homely atmoshphere. I could not fault the friendliness of stuff and the cleanliness of Eaton Court! Absolutely fantastic breakfast, freshly cooked to order, would highly recommend to anyone. Perfect for myself on business as location 5 minute walk to station.

Very clean and nice bathrooms, right on bus routes and local to main train station. Breakfast was as good as anywhere and really tasty and fresh. Friendly owner and you really cannot ask for better. Also great if you need near the main Hospital, I have stayed many times.

I desperately needed a cheap and easy place to stay for one night in S.Hampton. I found this B&B. They were incredibly nice and gave me a great discounted price.
