The night at the Novotel before joining the QE, was exactly what we wanted..........Enjoyable, efficient, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. Standard of the restaurant was better than I ever expected, Dinner and breakfast, reasonably priced for a hotel in England!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel again. High standard for a hotel in England........

The hotel itself is okay and probably 3 star but the fact that they make you pay £5 to park is just so tacky and underhanded. I have never stayed anywhere where we had to pay for parking and I find this a bit easyjet. Also they never stated that there was a £5 parking charge prior to booking. Disapointed.
