Excellent Bed and breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming owner. Nice comfortable, clean rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Good continental breakfast with plenty of choice. I will stay again in the future.

Love staying at Fern Cottage, this is our third time of staying a week or more. Continental breakfast is great, rooms are comfortable, 10 minute walk to railway station. But most of all, Dorothea will help one out with any needs or requests. And finally Basil (the dog) makes the day.

Okay, you should not expect ballrooms. What you find are small rooms in a lovely cottage where everything seems to be done and arranged with love.
