Well thought out style and nicely decorated. Adrian catered to everyone's needs and made us feel at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and for a one night stay in Canterbury we couldn't have asked for more.

Owner is very strange and does not remember arrangements made. He was quite rude even though we did tell him we were arriving late.
